Basketball Recap: Akron Rams vs. Stratton Eagles
Akron needed a changed in momentum after dropping three straight games and they got it from Caleb Poss. The Akron Rams came out on top against the Stratton Eagles by a score of 49-42 on Saturday thanks in part to Poss, who almost dropped a double-double on 16 points and nine rebounds. He is on a roll when it comes to boards, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last six games he's played.
Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Von Isenbart, who posted 16 points along with five rebounds and four steals. Gage Levin was another key player, putting up six points in addition to nine boards and three blocks.
