Softball Recap: McMichael Phoenix vs. Rockingham County Cougars

McMichael can now show off 11 landslide victories after their most recent match on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 13-3 margin over the Rockingham County Cougars. The victory was familiar territory for McMichael who now have five in a row.

Dakota Redmon spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three runs (all of which were unearned) on five hits and racked up seven Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 14 consecutive pitching appearances.
