After flying high against Cedarcrest on Thursday, Mount Si came back down to earth. The Wildcats fell just short of the Sumner Spartans by a score of 1-0 on Saturday. Mount Si have struggled against Sumner recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Having lost for the first time this season, Mount Si fell to 4-1. As for Sumner, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0-1.
