Football Recap: Germantown Academy Takes a Loss

Germantown Academy blew Pennington out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Friday Pennington got their revenge. The Patriots fell just short of the Red Hawks by a score of 22-20. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Patriots have suffered since August 30, 2024.

Germantown Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Pennington, the win also got them back to even at 2-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Germantown Academy will host Peddie at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Pennington, they will welcome Hill School at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
