Softball Recap: Roosevelt Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Roosevelt's offense. They lost 10-0 to the Aurora Greenmen on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Greenmen this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-0 back in April.

Roosevelt dropped their record down to 2-14-1 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Aurora, the victory (which was their 16th in a row) raised their record to 19-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Roosevelt will challenge rival Copley at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Aurora is set to square off against their familiar foe Cuyahoga Falls at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
