Lemoore extended their postseason success on Wednesday against Wasco. They skirted past Wasco 3-1. Winning may never get old, but Lemoore sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Nick Johnson made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Drake Varela, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. Chris Garcia was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases.

Lemoore's record now sits at 18-12. As for Wasco, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 18-9.
