Burns had already won 13 in a row and they went ahead and made it 14 on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Mazama Vikings. The Hilanders were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Vikings, so the Hilanders were just returning the favor.

Burns' offense was headlined by Amaya Ballard and Jocelyn Graham, who picked up ten kills apiece. They got some help from Taylor Trent and her 16 assists. Megan Weil controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

Burns' win bumped their record up to 27-1. As for Mazama, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season.

Burns didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Springfield on the 4th. As for Mazama, they will face off against Phoenix at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday.
