While Hokes Bluff's win against Geraldine wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Eagles narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Bulldogs 7-5. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

The win got Hokes Bluff back to even at 5-5. As for Geraldine, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season.

Hokes Bluff will face off against Etowah at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Geraldine, they will square off against Section at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
