Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask West). They were the clear victor by a 77-57 margin over the Lansing Lions on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for the Chargers in their matchups with the Lions: they've now won six in a row.

West now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Lansing, they dropped their record down to 3-10-1 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West will square off against Leavenworth on Friday. West is facing Leavenworth at the right time seeing as Leavenworth is stuck on a 12-game losing streak. As for Lansing, they will challenge Piper at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Piper knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 14 games -- so hopefully Lansing likes a good challenge.
