Basketball Recap: Iola Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Iola can now relate to. They fell to the Prairie View Buffalos 39-35. The Mustangs haven't had much luck with the Buffalos recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Iola's defeat dropped their record down to 11-11. As for Prairie View, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Iola nor Prairie View have any future games scheduled.
