Asheville Christian Academy entered their tilt with Polk County on Monday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Wolverines. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in August.

While Asheville Christian Academy won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-18, 25-22.

Their offense was headlined by Caroline Peterson and Olivia Johnson, who picked up 13 kills apiece. They got some help from Caroline Simpson and her 36 assists. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Asheville Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 20-1. As for Polk County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-11 record this season.
