Cooper Ross Game Report: vs Timpview

Passers beware: Cooper Ross came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also picked up 0.5 sacks and made seven total tackles (1.0 for loss), but sadly Maple Mountain still had to take a 44-20 loss at the hands of Timpview. We hope Ross' good effort is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Coming up, Ross and Maple Mountain will challenge Springville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Golden Eagles will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 52 places lower in Utah), but they're not letting that get them down.
