Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Madeline Miller and Kate Wilson Lead Lutheran to Victory

Lutheran had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Standley Lake Gators on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win was nothing new for the Lions as they're now sitting on three straight.

Leading Lutheran to victory were Kate Wilson and Madeline Miller. Wilson had 22 assists and ten digs, while Miller had nine digs and six assists. Wilson has been hot for a while, having posted 12 or more assists the last 23 times she's played.

Lutheran's victory bumped their record up to 20-6. As for Standley Lake, the loss snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 22-5 record.
