Soccer Game Preview: Syracuse vs. Bountiful

The Syracuse Titans will venture away from home to take on the Bountiful Redhawks at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Syracuse will be strutting in after a win while Bountiful will be coming in after a loss.

Syracuse is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They walked away with a 5-3 victory over Weber on Friday. Considering Syracuse's offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Their offense was hitting Weber from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal.

Meanwhile, Bountiful faced Alta in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Redhawks took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hawks. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, Bountiful's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Syracuse is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-7 record this season. As for Bountiful, their defeat ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-5.
