Basketball Recap: Exeter Takes a Loss

If Exeter was feeling good fresh off their 43-19 takedown of McAuley Catholic last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Exeter Tigers had to suffer through a 68-31 loss at the hands of the Greenwood Blue Jays. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 469th, while the Blue Jays are ranked 187th).

Exeter's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Greenwood, their win bumped their record up to 14-6.

We've got a battle between Tigers coming up. As for Greenwood, they have already played their next matchup, a 39-30 victory against Billings on the 4th.
