The losing side was boosted by Trey Keating, who scored 28 points. He has been hot recently, having posted 16 or more points the last 14 times he's played. Blake Adams was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with six rebounds.
Meanwhile, Weatherly ended up a good deal behind the Rangers on Saturday and lost 63-48. Weatherly has struggled against the Rangers recently, as their game on Saturday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Niko Saldukas, who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. Another player making a difference was Ian Mckeegan, who scored 12 points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Nativity BVM's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Weatherly, they dropped their record down to 2-17 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight at home.
Everything went Nativity BVM's way against the in their previous matchup back in January as the Green Wave made off with a 68-44 win.
