The home team had won the previous five meetings between Corbin and Williamsburg, and Corbin kept the tradition alive. The Redhounds never let the Yellow Jackets get on the board and left with a 19-0 victory on Thursday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Redhounds as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Corbin's victory bumped their record up to 6-10. As for Williamsburg, their loss was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-16.
