Soccer Recap: Joshua Comes Up Short

Joshua lost to Cleburne back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Owls fell just short of the Yellowjackets by a score of 3-2.

Carson Kilcoin and Cayden Howard scored both of Joshua's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

Joshua's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8-5. As for Cleburne, their win bumped their record up to 6-9-4.

Joshua wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 4-3 loss against Mansfield Summit on the 27th. As for Cleburne, they have also already played their next contest, a 1-0 defeat against Burleson on the 27th.
