Soccer Recap: Richland's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

Richland was the 5-0 winner over Petal when they last played one another back in November of 2016, but their luck changed this time around. The Rangers fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday. The loss put an end to Richland's undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Richland fell to 1-1-1. As for Petal, their victory bumped their record up to 3-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Richland will host Forest at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Petal, they will be playing in front of their home fans against George County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
