Softball Game Preview: St. Paul Cardinals vs. Sacred Heart Indians

The St. Paul Cardinals will venture away from home to take on the Sacred Heart Indians at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Last Friday, St. Paul made easy work of Lutheran and carried off a 14-3 victory.

Meanwhile, Sacred Heart entered their tilt with Lutheran last Wednesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They never let the Mustangs get on the board and left with a 21-0 win. Considering the Indians have won eight matchups by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Sacred Heart's victory bumped their record up to 11-4. As for St. Paul, their win ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-7.
