Volleyball Recap: Falconer Comes Up Short

It was a good run, but Falconer unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-match winning streak on Monday. They fell just short of the Eden Raiders by a score of 3-2.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Falconer sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The final score came out to 25-20, 21-25, 27-25, 21-25, 15-12.

Their offense was headlined by Kaylee Green and Hannah Melquist, who picked up 15 kills apiece. They got some help from Reagan Trask and her 39 assists. Finally, Green was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high two blocks.

Falconer's loss dropped their record down to 17-4. As for Eden, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

As of now, neither Falconer nor the Raiders have any future games scheduled.
