Soccer Recap: Pflugerville Comes Up Short

Pflugerville was the 2-1 winner over Fredericksburg when they last played one another back in January of 2015, but their luck changed this time around. The Pflugerville Panthers fell 3-1 to the Fredericksburg Billies on Friday.

Pflugerville's goal came courtesy of Nicolas Martinez, which was the first he's scored this season.

Pflugerville's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2-1. As for Fredericksburg, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Pflugerville didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 7-0 loss against Vista Ridge on the 10th. Fredericksburg has also already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Leander on the 10th.
