It was fun while it lasted, but Belt's undefeated season came to an end after five games on Saturday. They received a blow as they fell 54-40 to the Fairfield Eagles. The game marked the Huskies' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Belt fell to 5-1. As for Fairfield, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Belt will take on Highwood at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Fairfield, they will be playing at home against Chinook at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
