Basketball Recap: South Fremont Takes a Loss

South Fremont was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 63-54 to the Teton Timberwolves. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Timberwolves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 53-37 two weeks ago.

Burke Nelson was his usual excellent self, going 10-for-15 on his way to 24 points along with eight rebounds and three blocks for Teton. Those 24 points gave Nelson a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Luke Nelson, who posted 12 points in addition to eight boards and five assists.

South Fremont's defeat dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Teton, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season.

South Fremont has already played their next contest (against Sugar-Salem), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Teton, they will challenge South Fremont at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
