Soccer Recap: Lakewood Comes Up Short

After flying high against Rangeview on Tuesday, Lakewood came back down to earth. The Tigers fell just short of the Vista PEAK Prep Bison by a score of 1-0 on Thursday. This is the first time Lakewood have not scored a goal since all the way back on September 1st.

Lakewood has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7-4 record this season. As for Vista PEAK Prep, they moved to 5-7-3 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

As of now, neither Lakewood nor Vista PEAK Prep have any future games scheduled.
