Soccer Game Preview: Boulder Creek vs. West Point

The Boulder Creek Jaguars will take on the West Point Dragons at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The timing is sure in Boulder Creek's favor as the team sits on three straight wins at home while West Point has been banged up by five consecutive losses on the road.

On Friday, Boulder Creek beat Flagstaff 3-1. The Jaguars' winning goal came courtesy of Jackson Gaydon.

Meanwhile, West Point fell victim to Shadow Ridge and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They came up short against the Stallions, falling 4-0. While losing is never fun, the Dragons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arizona soccer rankings (they are ranked 166th, while the Stallions are ranked 14th).

Boulder Creek's victory bumped their record up to 8-4. As for West Point, their loss dropped their record down to 0-9-1.
