Volleyball Recap: Spring Hill Takes a Loss

Spring Hill and Lansing squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Spring Hill had to settle for second. They fell 2-0 to the Lions. The Broncos have struggled against the Lions recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

The final score came out to 25-21, 25-13.

Kaliyah Phifer paced Spring Hill's offense, picking up four kills. Phifer got some help from Elina Douglas and her seven assists. Douglas was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Spring Hill's loss dropped their record down to 15-21. As for Lansing, their victory bumped their record up to 28-9.

As of now, neither Spring Hill nor the Lions have any future games scheduled.
