Soccer Game Preview: Roaring Fork vs. Coal Ridge

The Roaring Fork Rams will challenge the Coal Ridge Titans at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Roaring Fork managed to keep up with Mullen until halftime on Saturday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Rams came up short against the Mustangs, falling 3-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, Roaring Fork haven't been shut out since back in March.

Meanwhile, Coal Ridge fell victim to Aspen and their airtight defense on Thursday. They fell just short of the Skiers by a score of 1-0.

Coal Ridge dropped their record down to 5-7 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Roaring Fork, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3-3.

Roaring Fork beat Coal Ridge 2-0 when the teams last played back in April of 2024. Do the Rams have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Titans turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
