Soccer Recap: Eastern Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Eastern can now relate to. They fell just short of the Taylor Titans by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. Eastern were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Taylor earlier this season, when they won 4-0.

Eastern's loss dropped their record down to 6-10-1. As for Taylor, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-12.

Eastern does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Taylor, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 7-0 defeat against Lapel on the 11th.
