Baseball Recap: Kearny Takes a Loss

Kearny lost to West Orange on Wednesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Kardinals might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 11-1 to the Mountaineers, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Kardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kearny's loss dropped their record down to 16-12. As for West Orange, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-8 record this season.

Kearny does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for West Orange, they have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Fair Lawn on the 29th.
