Soccer Recap: Manor Comes Up Short

Manor lost against Lakeland back in March of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Mustangs fell just short of the Cavaliers by a score of 2-1. The loss leaves Manor still looking for their first win of the season.

Manor's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Lakeland, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.

Looking ahead, Manor will venture away from home to square off against Norcom at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Manor will be up against Norcom's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.83 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Lakeland, they will be playing at home against Booker T. Washington at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
