Volleyball Recap: Newton South Takes a Loss

Newton South lost against Needham back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Lions fell 3-1 to the Rockets. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Newton South's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Needham, the victory was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-1.

Looking ahead, Newton South will venture away from home to challenge Concord-Carlisle at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Needham, they will square off against Newton North at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
