Basketball Recap: Greenville Comes Up Short

Greenville lost against Bangor Christian back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Greenville Lakers took a 57-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bangor Christian Patriots.

Greenville has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season. As for Bangor Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season.

Greenville will challenge Stearns at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Greenville is facing Stearns at the right time seeing as Stearns is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Bangor Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Schenck at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Bangor Christian comes in on four and Schenck on 13.
