Rains came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13.8 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Sulphur Springs Wildcats by a score of 48-37. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Rains also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2023.

Rains' win bumped their record up to 21-3. As for Sulphur Springs, they moved to 18-6 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
