West Monroe entered their tilt with Calvary Baptist Academy on Monday with seven consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with eight. They blew past the Cavaliers 10-2. Considering the Rebels have won eight contests by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

West Monroe's victory bumped their record up to 16-7. As for Calvary Baptist Academy, the loss snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 16-9 record.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Monroe will face off against Pineville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Calvary Baptist Academy, they will take on Dunham at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
