            Baseball Recap: Milton Hershey Spartans vs. Lebanon Cedars        
        
		
        
        
            Milton Hershey extended their losing streak  to ten  on Monday, dropping their season record down to 1-15 in the process. They lost  12-1 to the Lebanon Cedars. The Spartans were not able to make up for their  loss to the Cedars from their previous meeting  back in May of 2024.
As for Lebanon,  with the  win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-13. That looming  12-1 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for them yet this  season.
For Lebanon's part,  Ben DiScuillo and  Diego Serrano were major factors no matter where they played. Throwing,  DiScuillo   pitched 2.1 innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Meanwhile,  Serrano   tossed 2.2 innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. He also  tossed  no  earned runs, which is notable because Lebanon is 4-2 when he allows at  most  one  earned run, but 3-11 otherwise. At the plate,  DiScuillo  went 1-for-3 with three  runs, while  Serrano  got on base  in three of his four plate appearances with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  RBI. Those  three  runs gave  DiScuillo a new career-high.
 In other batting news,  Zach Leffler was  excellent,  going 1-for-2 with one  stolen base, one  run,  and one  RBI. He has been hot recently, having  posted  at least one  stolen base the last three times he's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Rolen Firestone, who  went a perfect 1-for-1 with two  RBI and one  run.
 Looking ahead, Milton Hershey will welcome Camp Hill  at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. The Spartans' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Lions have averaged an impressive 7.1  runs per game this season. Lebanon does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
