Sherwood Christian Academy piles up the points against Central Georgia Arts

Recap: Sherwood Christian Academy Eagles vs. Central Georgia Arts

The Sherwood Christian Academy Eagles scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Central Georgia Arts 61-27 at home. Sherwood Christian Academy has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matches by 20 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Central Georgia Arts still got an impressive performance from Moriah Hartman, who scored 12 points along with nine steals and five rebounds. Hartman is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season.

Sherwood Christian Academy has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. As for Central Georgia Arts, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost nine of their last 12 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season.

Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Skipstone Academy the next time they take the court. Sherwood Christian Academy will head out to face Skipstone Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while Central Georgia Arts will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
