Soccer Game Preview: Acton-Boxborough vs. Bedford

The Acton-Boxborough Revolution will challenge the Bedford Buccaneers at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Saturday, neither Acton-Boxborough nor Shrewsbury could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 0-0 draw.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bedford). They never let Dearborn STEM Academy get on the board and left with a 4-0 win on Saturday. The high-scoring effort was just what Bedford needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

Acton-Boxborough's draw gives them a new season record of 2-10-3. As for Bedford, their victory bumped their record up to 5-6-4.

Acton-Boxborough suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Bedford in their previous meeting back in September. Can the Revolution avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
