Ayala has gone a perfect 10-0 against Claremont recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Bulldogs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Wolfpack at 3:30 p.m. One thing working in Ayala's favor is that they have posted at least ten runs in their last seven contests.
Ayala is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. Everything went their way against Ocean View on Saturday as they made off with a 15-6 win. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won 11 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.
Isaac Huver looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in eight consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Dylan Wood was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with four RBI and one run. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high. Aidan Erlandsen was another key player, going 3-for-4 with three runs and one stolen base.
Ayala kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 17 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least ten hits in eight consecutive games.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Claremont, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They came out on top against Adelanto by a score of 7-3 on Saturday.
Ryan Elias and Ramzey Farah did most of the damage at the plate: Elias went 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI, while Farah went 1-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Aiden Leslie, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI.
Ayala is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.1 runs over those games. As for Claremont, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-10-1.
Everything went Ayala's way against Claremont when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Ayala made off with a 14-4 victory. Do the Bulldogs have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wolfpack turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
