Volleyball Recap: Loveland Classical Takes a Loss

Loveland Classical was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to Lyons. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Loveland Classical of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-7, 25-20, 25-12.

Loveland Classical's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Lyons, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Loveland Classical will challenge Flatirons Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lyons, they will head out to challenge Front Range Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
