Carroll strolled into their game on Saturday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They blew past the Zionsville Eagles 3-0. The Chargers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-21, 25-11.

Leading Carroll to victory were Cala Haffner and Hayden Finefrock. Haffner had nine digs and three aces, while Finefrock had seven digs. That's the most digs Finefrock has posted over her last nine matches.

They weren't the only good server: Carroll was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in eight consecutive games.

When it comes to explaining why Zionsville lost, don't look at Averie Leblanc. Despite the final result, she had seven digs and one block. Leblanc is also crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 17 every time she's taken the court this season. Nora Miller also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

Carroll's victory bumped their record up to 11-0. As for Zionsville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-5.

Carroll has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Hamilton Southeastern on the 6th. As for Zionsville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-2 victory against Bellmont on the 6th.
