The Clover Hill Cavaliers just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Powhatan Indians at 7:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Clover Hill is headed into the matchup having just suffered their biggest loss since January 15th on Thursday. They took a blow against L.C. Bird, falling 88-60. While losing is never fun, the Cavaliers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 210th, while the Skyhawks are ranked 31st).

Meanwhile, Powhatan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were beaten by L.C. Bird 64-37.

Powhatan's loss dropped their record down to 11-8. As for Clover Hill, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-13.
