Volleyball Recap: Atlantic Christian Extends Home Winning Streak to Four

Atlantic Christian hadn't done well against Sports Leadership & Management recently (they were 0-7 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Sharks walked away with a 3-1 win over the Pandas. For the Sharks, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 victory the Pandas walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-20, 22-25, 25-17.

Maelanny Cuello paced Atlantic Christian's offense, picking up 16 kills. Cuello got some help from Neenah Harripersaud and her 46 assists. Cuello was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Atlantic Christian pushed their record up to 9-5 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Sports Leadership & Management, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-2.

Looking ahead, Atlantic Christian will head out to challenge Treasure Coast at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sports Leadership & Management, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Donna Klein Jewish Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
