Volleyball Recap: Myrtle Point Triumphs

Myrtle Point took a three-set loss the last time they faced off against Lowell, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Bobcats sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Devils on Thursday. This was payback for the Bobcats, who suffered a 3-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Myrtle Point's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Lowell, they dropped their record down to 2-3 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Myrtle Point will head out to challenge Sheridan at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Lowell, they will take on Monroe at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
