Softball Recap: Blackfoot Broncos vs. Boulder City Eagles

Blackfoot had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They blew past the Boulder City Eagles 16-3. The Broncos have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

Kylee Pratt spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned runs on six hits. What's more, she gave up only zero walks, the fewest she's had since back in April of 2024.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Shea Staley, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run and three RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Brianna Reynolds, who scored three runs while going 2-for-3.
