Baseball Recap: St. Stephen's Episcopal Comes Up Short

St. Stephen's Episcopal was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 9-3 to the St. Francis Episcopal Wolves.

St. Stephen's Episcopal saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sebastian Creixell, who went 3-for-4 with one run and one double. Sam Jones also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

St. Stephen's Episcopal's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for St. Francis Episcopal, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

St. Stephen's Episcopal and Hill Country Christian School of Austin, coming up, after both having extra time off, will shake off the rust and duke it out at 12:00 p.m. on the 19th. As for St. Francis Episcopal, they will challenge Incarnate Word Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
