Basketball Recap: DeQuincy Comes Up Short

DeQuincy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 46-4 loss at the hands of the Singer Hornets. The Tigers lost against the Hornets in their previous head to head back in February, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 40-22 score last time.

DeQuincy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Singer, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-4.

Looking ahead, DeQuincy will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Westlake at 6:00 p.m. As for Singer, they will take on Pickering at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
