Volleyball Recap: Tuslaw Comes Up Short

Tuslaw was the 2-0 winner over Hiland when they last played one another back in September of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Mustangs lost 3-0 to the Hawks on Thursday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-9, 25-12.

Kamdyn Dibell paced Tuslaw's offense, picking up eight kills. Dibell got some help from Lillian Orr and her 12 assists.

Tuslaw's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Hiland, their victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.

Coming up, Tuslaw will challenge Garaway at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. The last three games the Pirates have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Hiland, they will take on Waynedale at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
