Leigh posted their biggest victory since December 12, 2023 on Saturday. They really took it to the Leland Chargers for the full four quarters, racking up a 66-36 win. The Longhorns pushed the score to 50-29 by the end of the third, a deficit the Chargers had little chance of recovering from.

Leigh now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Leland, their loss ended an 11-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 10-6.
