Volleyball Recap: Baldwin Park Takes a Loss

Baldwin Park lost against Covina back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Braves lost 3-0 to the Colts.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-10, 25-19.

Edlynn Flores paced Baldwin Park's offense, picking up four kills. Flores got some help from Mya Martinez and her nine assists.

Baldwin Park dropped their record down to 1-1 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Covina, the win also got them back to even at 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Baldwin Park will square off against Pioneer at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Covina, they will challenge San Gabriel at 6:15 p.m. on Friday.
